Applications are invited from the Indian nationals for the position of Research Associate - I in the School of Materials Science, Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science, Kolkata. 1. Name of the Position: Research Associate - I 2. Number of positions: Two (2) 3. Emoluments: As per the rules of the institute 4. Duration: Initially for six (6) months 5. Essential Qualifications: The candidates must have obtained Ph.D degree in Chemistry with experience in surface chemistry of nanomaterials. 6. The positions are purely temporary and the candidates will not have any right to claim (explicit or implicit) to any position in the institute.

Selection Procedure
The applications will be shortlisted based on academic credential and research experience supported by publications in peer-reviewed journals. Shortlisted candidates will be requested to appear for an online interview between 28-29 January, 2022. The exact date of online interview will be communicated to the shortlisted candidates only.
