Recruitment of “ Assistant Director (Accounts) ”

3. Job Profile:

a. Handling Statutory Compliances (i) GST (ii) Income Tax (iii) Employment Tax (iv) Provident Fund etc. Preparation of monthly MIS and variance analysis

b. Checking, verification and approving all the expenses vouchers in Tally ERP Budget preparation, monitoring and variance reporting

c. Coordinating with Concurrent, ISO, PF and Statutory Auditors and prepare various schedules/working required for Audit. Finalization of Accounts

d. Coordinating with staff members for timely disbursement of various payments including salary and other related payments.

e. Maintaining financial security by following internal financial controls. Regular update of Accounting Standard, Taxes (Direct and Indirect) and Companies Act

f. Reconciliation of Bank and other accounts Any other work assigned by the superiors as per the requirement and suitability

4. Essential: Chartered Accountant.

5. Desirable: CMA / CS

6. Work Experience: Minimum 5 years Post Qualification Experience in abovementioned job profile.

7. Posting: 

The selected candidate will be initially posted at the Corporate office, Mumbai. However, he/she is liable to be posted at any of the offices of the Institute in future. Presently, the Institute has offices at New Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai and Mumbai.

8. Remuneration:

Emoluments of Assistant Director cadre are presently in the scale of Rs. 62900-3800/14-116100. DA, HRA, and allowances for conveyance, telephone, medical, LFC, Group Medical Insurance etc. will be as per rules in force from time to time. At present the total initial package including salary and other perquisites will be approximately Rs. 14 Lakhs (Fourteen Lakhs) per annum on cost to company basis.
