Number of Vacancy: 3 Posts

Educational Qualification:
Research Associate - Qualification: Post Graduate in any social science discipline (e.g., psychology, OB/HR, public health, etc.) with minimum of 55% marks & NET/SLET/M.Phil./Ph.D.); Good knowledge of statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, AMOS); Proficiency in written & spoken Kashmiri language; Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English, Prior research experience is preferred but not required.

Research Assistant - Qualification: Ph.D./Post Graduate/M.Phil. in any social science discipline with minimum of 55% marks; Experience in statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS); Proficiency in written & spoken Kashmiri language.

Field Investigator - Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, management, public health, etc.) with a minimum of 55% marks; Proficiency in written & spoken Kashmiri language; Prior research experience is preferred but not required.
