IIM Kozhikode Invites Application for Psychologist Recruitment 2022

Applications are invited for the contractual position of Psychologist (Female) at Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode.

1. Post Name: Psychologist

2. Essential Qualification & Experience: Post-Graduation in Clinical Psychology having completed a two-year regular course recognized by UGC with minimum five years of full-time clinical practice. Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology with minimum of Two years of full-time clinical practice.

3. Consolidated Monthly Remuneration: Rs. 75,000/- (including Rs.300/- towards telephone allowance).

4. Scope of Job:  She will provide consultation to students of IIM-K, in a duly designated office. She must be available to the students on telephone as well, to provide assistance in cases of critical nature. The consultation will be provided from Monday to Saturday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. In case of contingencies, the Psychologist may be called on a Sunday as well, to provide consultation. She will maintain a strictly professional relationship with students and keep the confidentiality of information shared during consultation, diagnosis & treatment.

Selection Procedure

1. Based on details submitted in the application, Academic & professional profiles submitted by the candidates will be shortlisted for the selection process and interview.

2. Eligible applications would be screened and only shortlisted candidates will be interviewed; through video conference.

3. Time slots will be communicated by e- mail. If selected, engagement will be subject to verification of all certificates and experience at the time of joining.
