• Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline. Graduate degrees awarded to defence personnel (Junior Commissioned Officers and equivalent) are also acceptable.
• Language and Technical Skills: Candidates must be able to write reports in English and possess good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Malayalam. Basic computer operating knowledge and the ability to monitor CCTV feeds are required.
• Experience: A minimum of 15 years' experience in Defence forces, Para Military forces, Police, PSU, Industrial Organisation, or Educational Institution. Of this, at least 3 years must be at Security Officer or Supervisory Level in a large organisation where 50 or more personnel were deployed.
• Desirable / Preferred Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Fire Safety and Security Management
  • Retired CISF personnel who served as Officer or JCO and equivalent ranks
  • Ex-service personnel of Military/Para Military Forces, Police Department, PSU, or Industrial Organisation who served in Group A or Group B posts

Pay and Tenure

The selected candidate will receive a consolidated monthly remuneration of Rs. 38,900/- (inclusive of a telephone allowance of Rs. 500/- per month). The engagement is purely on a contractual basis for an initial period of one year, with further extensions subject to organisational requirements and the candidate's performance. This is not a permanent cadre post, and the candidate will not be entitled to regular government employee benefits such as pension.

Selection Process and Screening Clause
