Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Business Manager (Team Lead)

• Essential: Post Graduate degree in Agriculture Economics/Agribusiness Management/ Agriculture Extension and allied sciences from a recognized institution.
• Experience: 2-3 years of progressive experience in agriculture, food processing, value chain development, or rural development projects. Demonstrated experience in preparing Detailed Project Reports.
• Desirable: Experience in building market linkages; background in project planning, implementation oversight, and monitoring.

Eligibility for Research Associate

• Essential: Post Graduate degree in Agriculture/ Food Technology or allied sciences from a recognized university.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in food processing, product development, or research. Basic experience in conducting laboratory studies.
• Desirable: Experience in formulation and development of millet-based products; exposure to shelf-life assessment and nutritional analysis.

Eligibility for Technical Assistant

• Essential: Graduate degree in any discipline, preferably in Agricultural Sciences, Life Sciences, or related fields. Minimum two years of experience in technical support roles, field coordination, organizing trainings & events.
• Desirable: Experience in assisting training programmes; familiarity with local field conditions and community-level engagement in Maharashtra.

Eligibility for Business Executive

• Essential: Post Graduate degree in Agricultural Extension or Social Sciences. Prior engagement in training coordination, capacity-building programmes, or field demonstrations. Proficiency in Marathi and Hindi (for Solapur location).
• Experience: 2 – 3 years of progressive experience in relevant field.
• Desirable: Experience in incubation support/start-up facilitation; familiarity with millet-based value addition.

Eligibility for Technical Associate

• Essential: Graduate in Engineering/ B.Tech in any engineering disciplines. Minimum three years of professional experience in database management, MIS platforms, or digital documentation systems. Ability to manage data consolidation and secretarial assistance.
• Experience: 2 – 3 years of progressive experience in relevant field.
• Desirable: Experience in preparing structured project documentation; designing branding collaterals & marketing materials; familiarity with data entry tools.
