Educational Qualification: Any Graduate

1. Name of the Post: Executive (eLearning)

2. Job Location: Ahmedabad (Only candidates who are ready to relocate to Ahmedabad may apply)

3. This position will be on Third Party Payroll, working from IIM Ahmedabad premises.

4. Qualification, Experience & Skill Requirements:

a) The candidate should be a graduate (full time) with first class from any reputed university having 2-5 years of relevant experience.

b) A person with a postgraduate degree or additional relevant certifications preferred.

c) Knowledge of one or more online creative and visual tools similar to Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Premiere Pro, OBS Studio, etc. Direct exposure to working on at least one such content creation/authoring tool is a must.

d) In-depth knowledge of MS-Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)

e) Knowledge of instructional design desirable

f) The candidate should have strong command over English language (written & verbal).

g) Behavioral competencies like teamwork, flexibility, initiative and self-motivated.
