IIM Bangalore Invites Application for Assistant Manager/Associate Manager Recruitment 2022

1. Position: Assistant Manager/Associate Manager – Finance & Accounts

2. Key Skills / Abilities/Knowledge required: Strong Analytical and Planning skills, should be detail oriented and have the ability to drive Audit, payroll and compliance processes across the Institute. Have strong accounting and bookkeeping skills. Have good knowledge of direct and indirect tax compliance requirements (GST/TDS/FCRA/ labour cess etc.) Knowledge of public procurement policies, GFR, GeM etc.

a. Experience in working in an ERP environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and have strong customer service orientation Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and should have ability to work effectively with members of the staff and faculty.

3. Educational qualification and Experience: Candidate should be a First-Class Graduate with professional qualifications of CA/ICWA. Candidates with CA/ICWA Inter qualifications with a minimum of 6 years of post-qualifications experience will be considered. Candidates with additional qualification of MBA with Specialization in Finance from a reputed Institute would be preferred. Should have a minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience in handling the assignments listed under major duties & responsibilities. Experience in Industry/PSU/Government/Similar autonomous institutions of higher education is desirable.

4. Reporting Relationships: Assistant Manager/Associate Manager - Finance and Accounts will be under the administrative control of Senior Manager or Head – Finance and Accounting. In addition, s/he will be required to work with Dean – Administration IIMB whenever required.
