1. Position: –Senior Manager - Marketing, Customized Programmes- EEP

2. No. of Positions: One

3. Educational qualification and Experience:

a) Candidate should be a First-Class Graduate with a Post graduate Degree/MBA from a reputed Institution.

b) Candidate should a minimum of 18 years out of which a minimum of 10 years should have been in a Sales and Marketing role in a B2B or B2C environment handling the assignments listed under major duties & responsibilities.

c) Candidates in the last 5 years should have been in a managerial position in a large organization in handling the assignments listed under major duties & responsibilities.

d) Fluency in English, Hindi; ability to communicate in Kannada would be an added advantage.

e) Similar Experience in Industry/ higher education would be useful

f) Exposure to working in a Digital work environment


4. Compensation: The candidate will be paid with a minimum Basic of Rs. 67700 per month, plus applicable DA (currently at 31% of Basic), HRA of 23% (on Basic), NPS employer contribution of 14 % (on Basic and DA), outpatient medical reimbursement up to 30,000 per annum, medical insurance cover of Rs 5,00,000 for self, spouse and 2 dependent children and other applicable benefits as per IIMB contract appointment norms.

5. This position is on contract. Selected candidates should be prepared to take up the assignment immediately.
