Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification

• Essential:
  • A Two years PG degree in Management or equivalent from a recognized university.
  • Prior to the PG degree, the candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Science/Engineering/Technology (3 years minimum) from a recognized university.
  • Minimum Marks: 55% marks or 5.5 CGPA in the qualifying degree (Bachelor's).
  • Experience: Must have relevant experience of six years after the qualifying degree (PG). Out of this, at least one year must be in a post with Pay Level 8 (7th CPC) or above, or equivalent Executive grade in MNCs.
  • Area of Experience: Campus placement in a reputed Institute/University, recruitment in MNCs, or manpower development/training.
• Desirable:
  • MBA degree (if not the primary PG degree).
  • Experience in IITs/IIMs/IISERs/NITs/Institutes of National Importance.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Computer Applications (MS Office, Excel, PPT).
  • Knowledge of a foreign language.

2. Age Limit

• Maximum Age: 40 years.
• Age Relaxation:
  • Govt. Employees (IITs): Up to 50 years for employees of IITs who are educationally qualified.
  • PwD: Relaxation as per Govt. of India norms (for persons with 40% or more disability).
  • Any revision in age relaxation by Govt. of India till the closing date will be considered.

3. Mandatory Requirements

• NOC: Employees of Govt./Semi-Govt./PSUs/Autonomous bodies must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the Interview/Screening.
• Medical Fitness: Candidates must be medically fit for the post.

Selection Process

The selection will be carried out in four stages. The Institute reserves the right to set benchmarks for shortlisting at each stage.

1. Stage I: Screening
   Initial shortlisting based on online application data (Qualification & Experience).
2. Stage II: Written Test
   Candidates shortlisted in Stage I will appear for a written test. The test will assess management skills, aptitude, and relevant domain knowledge.
3. Stage III: Interview / Proficiency Test
   Shortlisted candidates from the written test will face an Interview. This may include a computer proficiency test or skill assessment.
4. Stage IV: Final Merit List
   Based on combined performance in the Written Test and Interview.
