Indian Institute of Technology, Gandhinagar (IITGN) invites applications for a contractual post for its Institute Management System (IMS) as mentioned below:

1. Position: Software Developer

2. No of Post: 02 (Two)

3. Minimum Qualification & Experience: B.Tech/ B.E. in Computer Science & Engineering (regular)/Information Technology (regular)/MCA/ MSc (IT) with minimum 65% marks with at least two years of work experience.

4. Monthly consolidated pay: INR. 35,000 – INR 45,000/- p.m.

5. Tenure: Two Years, extendible on an annual basis subject to candidates' performance after 1 year.

Selection Procedure

1. Eligible candidates shortlisted based on the submitted online application will have to appear for the selection process conducted at IITGN premises. The shortlisted candidates shall be contacted by the IMS Team. Depending on the number of applications received, the assessment test (MCQ) followed by the Practical 90 Mins test.

2. No manual/Paper/Email application will be entertained.

3. Each candidate should provide his PAN Card or any other photo identification document for verification and proof of Date of Birth in Original.

4. Candidates must attach the latest copy of their Curriculum Vitae (CV). The CV should have detailed information regarding education and professional experience.

5. IITGN reserves all the rights, not to call an applicant for an interview, without assigning any reason.

6. The decision of the selection committee formed by IITGN is final and binding to all. No queries related to the same shall be entertained.

7. Fulfillment of “Minimum Qualifications” and “Eligibility” does not entail a call for an interview. The applications received in response to the advertisement shall be scrutinized and only candidates shortlisted from valid applicants, on basis of better qualification and quality of relevant experience, shall be called for a written test and/or interview.
