Program Associate-I (Grants Management) — Essential Qualifications

• Route A (Direct Eligibility): B.Tech./B.E./M.Sc./M.C.A./LLM./CA/CMA/CS/MBA or any professional qualification equivalent in an appropriate discipline.
• Route B (With Experience): B.C.A./B.Sc./B.A./B.Com./B.B.A./LLB or equivalent qualification in an appropriate discipline, plus a minimum of 04 years of post-qualification experience.
• Academic Percentage Criteria:
  • A minimum of 60% or equivalent grade from graduation onwards.
  • A minimum of 55% or equivalent grade in Class 10th and Class 12th.

Desirable Qualifications

• Proven communication skills, strong time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Initiative, enthusiasm, and a flexible approach to work.

Selection Process
