Project Scientist and Various Posts

Number of Vacancy: 61 Posts
Educational Qualification:
Project Scientist-III: Master’s Degree in Atmospheric Sciences/ Climate Sciences/ Meteorology / Physical Oceanography/ Oceanography/ Ocean Engineering from a recognized university/institute with first class and at least 60% of marks in the qualifying degree. AND 7 (Seven) years of experience in ocean modeling/data analysis/process studies or data assimilation, proven through SCI publications in the field relevant to the job description.
Project Scientist-II: Master's Degree in Oceanography/ Ocean Engineering/ Physical Oceanography/ Atmospheric Sciences/ Meteorology/ Climate Sciences with first class and at least 60% of marks in the qualifying degree.
Project Scientist-I: Master’s Degree in Atmospheric Sciences / Climate Sciences / Meteorology / Physical Oceanography/ Oceanography/ Computer Science/ Computer Applications/ Geo-informatics/ Mathematics [or] Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology in Computers/ Information Technology from a recognized university/institute.
Project Assistant: B.Sc degree in Physics / Mathematics / Statistics/ Biology/ Zoology/ Fisheries/ Chemistry/ Electronics from a recognized university / institute. AND Basic knowledge of computers, in case of non-computer subjects at graduation.
Project Scientific Administrative Assistant: A Graduate degree in any discipline.
Pay Scale:
INR
18000-78000/- Per Month
Age Limit: Maximum 50 Years.
