Educational Qualification:Ph.D. in the specific discipline (as per post code) from a recognized university/institute, along with specified pre-requisite PG/UG or dual degree qualifications with required minimum marks. Candidates with foreign degrees must produce an equivalency certificate from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU), New Delhi, at the time of interview.

Age Limit:Maximum 35 years as on the crucial date of eligibility (30 August 2026). Upper age relaxation is applicable for Serving Central Government Employees, Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBDs), and Ex-Servicemen as per Government of India rules.

Salary & Emoluments:




Pay Level: Level-11 (Rs. 67,700 – Rs. 2,08,700) in the Pay Matrix.

Approx. Gross Emoluments: Rs. 67,700/- per month + admissible allowances (DA, HRA, Transport Allowance, etc.). Employees are governed by the National Pension System/Unified Pension Scheme and are eligible for medical facilities, subsidized canteen, quarters facility (in lieu of HRA), Leave Travel Concession, Group Insurance, and House Building Advance as per DOS/Central Government orders.

Selection Procedure:

Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) is the space agency of India. ISRO has developed satellite launch vehicles, PSLV and GSLV, to place the satellites in the required orbits.
