Educational Qualification: Full time Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from recognized university with at least 60% marks having minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience in handling multi-storied building projects such as school, colleges, institutional buildings, coordinating with Architect, suppliers, contractors and statutory authorities for timely and cost-efficient completion of the project as per the
specifications. Billing, estimation & costing, preparation of tender & BOQ, maintenance, conducting various meetings and preparation of minutes of meetings, other documents required for project etc
Skills / Eligibility
Basic Computer knowledge (e.g. Word, Excel, Power point, Internet etc) and typing skills. • Good communication skills.
• Knowledge of English and Tamil is mandatory

1800000(Per Year)
Age Limit: 45 years as on 30.09.2022.
Selection Procedure
Candidates will be selected based on written test/personal interview/medical test/walkin interview. Once a candidate is selected they will be placed as Project Manager in ICAI.
