4. Essential Qualification: Diploma in mechanical engineering/ ITI in mechanical With two years' experience.
5. Desirable Qualification: Working knowledge of making bamboo charcoal and working knowledge of different type of machines.

7. Project Name: "Establishment of bamboo treatment & seasoning plants and incense stick making" (GAP-0283)

3. Salary: Rs. 31000/- p.m. + HRA to those who are selected through c) National Eligibility tests CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) or GATE or d) A selection process through National Level examinations conducted by central government and their agencies and inståutions Rs. 25.000/-pm HRA for others •who do not fan under i above
4. Essential Qualification: M.Sc Agriculture (Agronomy/Soil Saence/Plant Pathology!Organic agricuture). M.Sc. Homcutture. M Sc Botany, M.Sc. Medicinal & Aromatic Plants from a recognized university or equivalent
5. Desirable Qualification: Working experience in conducting field experiments. conducting off-campus trainings ard report writing

7. Project Name: "Technical and handholding support by CSIR-IHBT, Palampur for Saffron Production" (SSP-0126)

4. Essential Qualification: MSc. in Biochemistry/ Biotechnology/ Microbiology from recognized university or equivalent
5. Desirable Qualification: Working experience in the area of protein biochemistry. enzyme assays and basic mice handlng.
6. Tenure of project upto 22.08.2026
7. Project Name: "Effects of alpha2 — Antiplasmin on fibrosis, neovascularization and inflammation in chronic deep vein thrombosis" (GAP-0286)

Selection Procedure
1. The Selection Committee(s) may adopt the selection criterion at its own i.e. either by conducting direct interview or written test followed by interview on the same day. (RT.)
2. The decision of the Director, CSIR-IHBT. Palampur shall be final on any matter relating to engagement of above mentioned positions in CSIR-IHBT. Palampur (H.P.).

1. Eligible candidates may appear for "Walk-in-Interview(s)" on the date, time and place mentioned above along with an application on prescribed format (with latest colored passport size photo affixed on it) which is available on the CSIR-IHBT website www.ihbt.res.in along with self-attested photocopies of their testimonials of age, educational qualifications, experience, reserved category etc. at the time of interview.
2. The positions are purely temporary and co-terminus with the duration of the project
3. There will be no right implicit or explicit for regular position or any post in CSIR-IHBT. whatsoever Candidates must also bring with them original certificates of testimonials at the time of appearing for the interview failing which he/she will not be allowed to appear for interview.
4. No TA will be paid for attending the interview.
