Educational Qualification: B.Tech/B.E, M.Sc, M.Phil/Ph.D, MS/MD
INST invites applications from persons with excellent credentials, having innovative mind and an inner urge to deliver, for the following positions to be filled up on direct recruitment /absorption /deputation (including short term-contract) basis:
(2)/2022-INST
1. Name of the Post: Scientist-G
2. Number of Posts: 01 (UR)
3. Pay: Level: 14 Minimum Basic : Rs. 1,44,200/- + allowances
4. Essential / Desirable Qualifications:
a) Essential: Doctorate degree in Natural / Agricultural / Engineering / Medical Sciences or Nanoscience / Technology. In the case of medical professionals, the minimum qualification could be an M.D. or equivalent as approved by MCI.
b) Desirable:
(i) At-least eight years postdoctoral/ professional experience after PhD.
(ii) High quality publications
(iii) Patents filed / granted
(iv) PhD students guided.
5. Experience:
(i) Experience of fifteen years in Research and Development in Scientific, Industrial and Academic Institutions
(ii) Should have experience as Head of Department / Centre or Coordinator of major research projects in any branch of science / technology.
(iii) Have contributed to research/teaching as evidenced by published work/innovation and impact.

2. Number of Posts: 01 (UR)
3. Pay: Level: 10 Minimum Basic : Rs. 56,100 /- + allowances
4. Essential / Desirable Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Natural / Agriculture Sciences, Nano Science and Technology or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Technology / Medicine from recognized University or equivalent.
5. Experience: Experience of two years in Research and Development in Industrial and Academic institutions and / or Science and Technology Organizations.
