The selected officers will draw either the pay of the deputation post or basic pay plus a Training Allowance (currently 12% of basic pay), as per Government of India rules.

Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Joint Director (Peripatetic Training):
  • Officers holding an analogous post or having 5 years regular service at Level-11.
  • Bachelor's degree from a recognised University.
  • 5 years experience in Administrative, Establishment, or Financial Matters in ministerial posts.
• Deputy Director (Economics and Planning):
  • Officers holding an analogous post or having 5 years regular service at Level-10.
  • Bachelor's degree with Economics as a subject.
  • 3 years experience in economic policy/financial management (2 years with centrally sponsored schemes).
• Age Limit: Must not exceed 56 years on the closing date.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

The posts are filled on deputation. A Selection Committee will assess the applicants based on their bio-data and submitted documents. The parent department must provide comments verifying the essential qualifications and work experience. No TA/DA is payable for appearing in the selection process.
