Eligibility for Bridging Post Doc

  • Essential Qualification:
    • M.Sc. in Biochemistry, Clinical Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences from a recognized university.
    • Must have submitted the PhD thesis.
    • Must have qualified for a national-level exam (NET-JRF).
  • Experience:
    • Experience in using Drosophila as a model system, specifically expertise in Drosophila haematopoiesis and wasp culturing.
    • Experience in Bulk RNA sequencing analysis.
    • Experience in executing in-situ protocols such as FISH, with experience in molecular biology approaches.
    • Experience in targeted isotope labelling mass spectrometry.
    • Experience in confocal microscopy and FACS.
  • Desirable Skills:
    • Substantial experience in handling Drosophila Genetics.
    • Hands-on experience in confocal microscopy, flow cytometry (FACS), and liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry (LC-MS).
