Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility for Project Scientist-II
- Essential Qualification:
- Postgraduate degree in Biotechnology/Microbiology/Medical Microbiology/Veterinary Science/Molecular Biology/Virology with PhD in Biotechnology/Microbiology/Medical Microbiology/Molecular Biology/Virology.
- Three years of experience in molecular diagnosis of infectious disease, preferably in a biocontainment facility.
- Desirable Experience:
- Two years of facility management experience in BSL-2 or higher biosafety level lab.
- Experience in supervising a small/mid-size team.
- Experience in diagnostic assay development/validation studies with hands-on experience of working with BSL-3 pathogens.
- Demonstrated commitment toward risk-pathogen testing and management.
- Age Limit: 40 years
