Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Para Cook: Matriculation from a School/Institution in Himachal Pradesh (exempted for Bonafide Himachali) PLUS Degree/Diploma in any trade from Govt-approved Hotel Management Institute / Institute of Hotel Management / Food Production Institute OR Minimum 5 years experience in Cooking/Catering from Govt or private institution.
- Para Helper: Matriculation from Board/University recognized by H.P./Central Government (exempted for Bonafide Himachali).
- General Conditions: Must be Indian citizen, Bonafide Himachali, permanent resident of Jal Shakti Circle Reckong Peo area, sound mind, no family member in Govt/PSU/Board job, no criminal record, medically fit.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
Selection is purely on Merit Basis via a 10-mark evaluation by the Selection Committee:
- Percentage of marks in Matriculation (calculated out of 5 marks)
- BPL Family status (1 mark)
- Experience in related field (2 marks)
- Skill Test for Para Cook & Para Helper (2 marks)
