Jammu & Kashmir State Overseas Employment Corporation Limited (JK SPEC), was incorporated on 29th December 2011, The Corporation has been created liaise with the Foreign Employers, Foreign Embassies, Ministry of Overseas Indian Affair, International Organization for Migration, Indian Mission Abroad, etc.

The main objective of the corporation is to provide employment opportunities to the job seekers and unemployed youth of State within and outside the Country.

The vision & mission of corporation is to make the state a preferred destination for recruitment by overseas employers by helping the potential job emigrants of Jammu & Kashmir state by facilitating suitable employment opportunities outside the country and enhance their employment by improving their technical and communication skills and to assist them in emigration procedures and processes.
