JNTUH Invites Application for Junior Research Fellow Recruitment 2022

Applications are invited in the prescribed format for the following positions for the DST-SERB, Government of India sponsored project.

1. Title of the Project: Weight Reduction of Automobiles through Electromagnetic forming of Advanced and Ultra-High Strength Steel Tailor Welded Blanks

2. Sponsoring Agency: Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB), Department of Science and Technology, Government of India

3. Title of the Position: Title of the Position

4. Number of Position (s): 01

5. Duration of the Project: Three Years

6. Duration of the Appointment: Initially for One year with possible extension depending on the performance

7. Essential Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical engineering/ Metallurgical Engineering with 65% or 7.00 CGPA and M.E./M.Tech in Manufacturing Science/ Advanced Manufacturing Systems/ Production Engineering and similar fields with 70% or 7.50 CGPA (and) Valid GATE score

8. Computer proficiency requirement : Solid works, ANSYS, C/MATLAB programming, MS Office, D-form

9. Fellowship : Rs31000 + HRA

Selection Procedure

1. Shortlisted candidates will have to attend an interview ( online/ offline)

2. If the interview is conducted online, candidates are expected to have good internet connection

3. No TA/DA will be paid for attending interview in online/offline mode

4. In case it is found that any false information is furnished by the candidate, necessary action will be taken and the candidate has to refund all the payments made to him/her.

5.Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview (online/offline)
