Educational Qualification:
Research Assistant: Postgraduate degree in any Social Science discipline with minimum 55% marks. Candidates with experience in fieldwork, data collection, or archival research related to tribal communities will be preferred. Desirable: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, report writing, and local language skills (Odia/Bonda dialects).
Field Investigator: Postgraduate degree in any Social Science discipline with minimum 55% marks. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in conducting household surveys, interviews, and community-based research in rural/tribal areas. Desirable: Knowledge of Odia.

20000-37000/- Per Month
