Kala Academy Goa Invites Application for Lecturer Recruitment 2022

Applications are invited by the Member Secretary, Kala Academy Goa in the format available and to be collected from the office of Kala Academy Goa, during working days (Monday to Friday) between 10.00 a.m to 1.00 p.m and 2.00 p.m to 5.30 p.m for the post of Lecturer in Cello, Department of Western Music, Kala Academy Goa.

1. Position: Lecturer

2. No of Post: 01

3. Pay Scale: Pay matrix level-9.

4. Essential: Passed LRSM/LTCL (Teacher) in the subject instrumenl:/Grade XII year of Kala Academy course with specialization in Solo Singing/Piano/Violin/Cello /Classical Guitar or, other subjects implemented in the Academy or equivalent from any other ins,titution. Passed at least Grade vIII of rheory of Music from ABRSM or TCL. OR Passes Grade vIII of Kala Academy's Theory of Music Examination. 3. (a) Essential at least 2 students who have successfully completed Grade vIII practical from ABRSM/TCL in the subject instrument. i OR (a) Should have sent not less than 10 students who have successfully completed practical music examinations of ABRSM/TCL irr the subject instrument at Grade VI to Grade VIII.

4. Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi.
