Educational Qualification: B.Tech/B.E, M.Sc, M.E/M.Tech
Applications have been invited from eligible candidates for the post of Junior Research Fellow to work on aproject entitled 'A novel approach for the efficiency enhancement of Copper Indium Gallium Diselenide (CIGS) based thin film solar cells.' funded by DST-SERB under SUPRA Scheme.
1. Position: JRF
2. No of Post: 01
3. Qualification: Candidates having first class M.Sc./M.Tech. Degree in Physics/Electronics/ Material Science/Chemistry or B. Tech degree in Electronics/Material Science from a recognized university are eligible to apply. Specialization in solid state physics/VLSI and knowledge in semiconductor materials, fabrication, and characterization will be advantageous.
4. Salary: Rs.31,000/- per month. +16% HRA (for NET/GATE qualification) For non NET/GATE the fellowship will be Rs. 25,000/+ HRA(16%)
5. Selected candidate will get an opportunity to pursue PhD from KIIT- Deemed to be University.
