We, a professionally managed pharmaceutical company accredited with ISO 9001-2015,ISO 14001-2015 & 45001-2018 certification, require the following personnel on Fixed Term Contract basis for a period of maximum of 5 [Five] years.

1. Name of the post:  Manager-Ayurveda Marketing.

2. No. of post: 1

3. Department-Ayush Department

4. Educational Qualification: Science/Medical Graduate, BAMS preferred

5. Minimum Relevant Experience: 10-14 years of Pharma/Ayurvedic products’ marketing/sales experience, with  2-3 years as a Second Line Manager. Preference for Ayurvedic products’ marketing professional.

6. Salary Package: Monthly Gross salary will be around Rs. 87000/-[ Basic+VDA+HRA]

7. Job Highlights:

(i) To be based at Corporate Office, Bangalore

(ii) To launch a new Ayurvedic division

(iii) Induction, Development & Retention of teams of AMs & PSRs

(iv) To oversee distribution network & channel partners’ operations

(v) To handle Marketing/Sales & achieve sales targets

(vi) To develop, establish & build market share by following Company’s strategies

(vii) To have knack for territory management, man – management, sales management, brand building/promotion & operational excellence.
