KAPL Invites Application for 38 Junior Executive, Area Manager and More Vacancies Recruitment 2022

We,   a professionally  managed  pharmaceutical  company  accredited   with ISO 9001-2015 & ISO 14001-2015 certification, is launching a new Ayurvedic Division. Hence we require the following professional on Fixed Term Contract basis for a period of maximum of 5 [Five] years [ Based on the Performance]:

1. Name of the Post : Ayurvedic Service Representatives [ASRs]  – Ayurvedic Division

2. No. of Post:  30 (Reserved for SC – 4 post, ST- 2 post., OBC – 7 posts  & UR-17 posts

3. For the post of Ayurvedic Service Representative, the candidate should be a graduate in  Ayurvedic/ Pharmacy/ Science/ Commerce/ Arts and should have minimum two years experience in selling Pharma/Ayurvedic Products in any pharmaceutical/Ayurvedic company. Candidate should be prepared to travel extensively in his given head quarter.  Age should be around 28 years for General candidates (5 years relaxation for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates)..

4. The Gross Salary will be around  Rs. 26,000/- per month plus TA/DA and incentives .

1. Name of the Post : Area Manager [am] –  Ayurvedic Division

2. No. of Post –  06 (Reserved for OBC – 1 posts  & UR-05   posts)

3. The candidate shall  be a Graduate in Science / Pharmacy/Ayurvedic. Age should be around 35 years ( 3 years relaxation for OBC candidates), with  minimum of two years of experience as a front line Manager, in selling  in Pharma/Ayurvedic companies and will be responsible for achieving the sales target of his area.

4. The salary will be around   Rs. 45,000/- per month.

1. Name of the Post : Regional Sales Manager [rsm] – Pharma Trade, 

2. No. of Post -1 [UR]

3. The candidate shall  be a Graduate in Pharmacy/ Science  / Commerce .Minimum of two years experience as a Second line  Manager and overall 10 years experience in a pharma companies and will be responsible for achieving sales target of his region by motivating and developing a team of Area Managers and Professional Service Representatives.

4.  The salary  will be around   Rs. 65,000/- per month.
