KVAFSU Invites Application for Assistant Professor Recruitment 2026

Candidates who wish to apply for the KVAFSU Assistant Professor Recruitment 2026 must follow the walk-in process below.

1. Read Notification: Download and carefully read the official notification PDF from the link provided below.
2. Prepare Bio-Data: Fill out the prescribed Bio-Data form (Annexure-I) available in the notification.
3. Prepare Documents: Gather ORIGINAL and self-attested photocopies of all required documents:
   • Recent passport-size photographs
   • Educational certificates and mark sheets (M.F.Sc./Ph.D.)
   • Experience certificates (if any)
   • Proof of age
   • Valid ID proof
   • Caste certificate (if applicable)
   • Kannada language proficiency proof (if applicable)
4. Attend Walk-in-Interview: Report to the venue on the specified date and time with the filled Bio-Data form and all documents.
5. Registration: Ensure you arrive at the venue by 10:30 AM on 30th July 2026.

Note: Applications should only be produced at the time of the interview and should not be mailed or submitted in advance.

• Eligibility Verification: Ensure you have the required qualification (M.F.Sc./Ph.D. in Aquaculture/Aquatic Environment Management).
• Bio-Data Form: Fill out the prescribed Bio-Data form (Annexure-I) and bring it to the interview.
• Document Attestation: All copies of certificates must be self-attested.
• Original Documents: Carry all original certificates and a set of self-attested copies for verification on the interview day.
• Reporting Time: Report by 10:30 AM on 30th July 2026 at the specified venue. Latecomers may not be allowed.
• No Fee: There is no application fee.
• No TA/DA: No Travelling Allowance or Dearness Allowance will be paid for attending the interview.
• Contractual Engagement: The position is purely contractual for 11 months and can be terminated at any time.
• No Claim for Permanent Post: The appointment does not confer any right to a permanent post in the university.
