Post-Wise Vacancy & Pay Scale

The remuneration is fixed at Rs. 26,250 per month as applicable to contractual teachers/trainers under Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan norms. No additional allowances beyond KVS contractual norms are guaranteed.

Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Trained Graduate Teacher (English):
  • Four years Integrated degree course of Regional College of Education of NCERT in the concerned subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate and in the concerned subject/subjects (minimum 50% in each subject if combination of subjects desired); OR
  • Bachelor's Degree with at least 50% marks in the concerned subjects/combination of subjects and in aggregate (minimum 50% in each subject if combination of subjects desired). English must be a subject in all the three years.
  • Desirable: B.Ed. / D.Ed. qualification and CTET qualified for Secondary level (Paper-II).
  • Ability to teach in both Hindi and English medium is mandatory.
  • Computer proficiency and working knowledge of computer applications is essential.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

1. Registration: Candidates must register at the venue between 08:00 AM and 10:00 AM on 13 October 2026 with a duly filled bio-data form and all original documents for verification.
2. Written Examination (if required): A screening written examination may be conducted in case a large number of candidates appear for the walk-in interview.
3. Document Verification: Original certificates will be verified at the venue. The interview cannot proceed without successful document verification.
4. Walk-In Interview: Shortlisted/eligible candidates will be interviewed by the selection committee.
5. Panel Formation: Successful candidates will be placed on a panel for contractual appointment for the academic session 2026-27.

Important: No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for attending the walk-in interview. The Principal reserves the right to remove any contractual employee without assigning any reason in the interest of the school. Contractual services can be terminated without notice if work is found unsatisfactory or if regular staff are appointed.

• Class 10 Mark Sheet and Certificate (Proof of Date of Birth)
• Class 12 Mark Sheet and Certificate
• Graduation Degree and Consolidated Mark Sheets (English for all three years)
• Post-Graduation Degree and Mark Sheets (if applicable)
• B.Ed. / D.Ed. Degree and Mark Sheets (if applicable)
• CTET Paper-II Qualification Certificate (Desirable)
• Any other relevant Diploma / Degree / Experience Certificates
• Two recent passport-size photographs & Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN)
• Self-attested photocopies of all testimonials along with originals for verification

Candidates must bring all original documents for verification. The interview will not be conducted if candidates fail to produce originals for verification. Proficiency in teaching in both Hindi and English mediums and computer working knowledge are mandatory requirements.

How to Attend PM SHRI KVS Kasrawad Trained Graduate Teacher (English) Walk-In Interview

1. Visit PM SHRI Kendriya Vidyalaya Kasrawad official portal to download the bio-data format and review notification details.
2. Fill out the bio-data form completely with accurate personal and educational details.
3. Prepare a set of self-attested photocopies of all required educational and professional testimonials along with original documents.
4. Reach the venue — PM SHRI Kendriya Vidyalaya, Kasrawad — on 13 October 2026.
5. Complete registration between 08:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Late registration may not be entertained.
6. Attend the written examination (if conducted) and walk-in interview as per the schedule at the venue.
