Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification
- Minimum: 4th Standard Pass.
- Maximum: 10th Standard Pass.
- Important Note: Candidates with higher education (above 10th standard) are not eligible to apply.
2. Age Limit (as of January 1, 2025)
- Minimum Age: 18 Years.
- Maximum Age: 36 Years.

3. Residency Requirement
Applicants must be permanent residents within the Block Panchayat/Municipality/Corporation where the Research Station is located, OR within a 5 km radius of the Agricultural Research Station, Thiruvalla.
4. Mandatory Requirements
- Residency Certificate from the Village Officer is mandatory.
- Experience Certificate: Existing contract/daily wage workers or SHG members seeking benefits must provide a certificate from the Head of the Station proving at least 6 months of agriculture-related work. (Construction or office work experience is not eligible for benefits).
Selection Procedure
The selection process does not involve a written exam. Candidates will be shortlisted based on the following stages:
