Kerala Agricultural University (KAU) Invites Application for Assistant Professor Recruitment 2026

Candidates who wish to attend the walk-in interview for the KAU Assistant Professor Recruitment 2026 should follow the steps below.

1. Prepare Documents: Gather all original certificates and self-attested copies to prove age, qualification, caste, and experience.
2. Report on Time: Candidates must report at the interview venue by 9:00 AM on 18 August 2026.

Walk-in Interview Date & Time: 18 August 2026 at 9:00 AM

Venue: Office of the Dean, College of Agriculture, Vellanikkara.

Note: No TA/DA will be paid for attending the walk-in interview.

• Walk-in Only: This is a walk-in interview. Candidates must appear in person at the specified venue and time.
• Documents: Bring original certificates and self-attested copies to prove age, qualification, caste, and experience.
• Eligibility: Ensure you meet the essential qualification (Master’s in Soil Science and Agrl. Chemistry with NET) or alternate eligibility (Ph.D./Master’s without NET).
• No TA/DA: No travelling or other allowances will be paid for attending the interview.
• Contractual Basis: The appointment is purely provisional for a period of one year or until a regular appointment is made. It does not confer any right to permanency or regularization.
• Agreement: If selected, the candidate must execute an agreement on stamp paper worth ₹200 in the prescribed form.
• Performance Review: The University has the right to terminate the appointment if performance is found unsatisfactory.
