Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
Post: Gym Instructor
Candidates must satisfy one of the following qualification pathways, each with a mandatory minimum of 2 years working experience in a recognized gym:
- Pathway A: Degree in Exercise Science / Exercise Physiology from a UGC-recognized institution, with at least 2 years working experience in any recognized gym.
- Pathway B: Fitness Trainer Course Certificate / Gym Trainer Course Certificate / Fitness Management Course Certificate from a nationally recognized institution, with at least 2 years working experience in any recognized gym.
- Pathway C: B.P.E / B.P.Ed / B.P.E.S from a UGC-recognized Central/State Government institution, plus a Diploma or Certificate in Gym/Fitness Instructor from the same class of institution, with at least 2 years working experience in any recognized gym.
Desirable Qualification: Valid and updated CPR / AED First Aid Certificate.
Age Limit
Candidates must not exceed 35 years of age as on 01 January 2026. No age relaxation details are specified in the notification.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
