- CA/ICMA Intermediate passed with completion of Articleship as per the mandatory requirements of the respective Institutes; OR
- M.Com. with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in accounting and finance functions such as GST filing, income-tax filing, day-to-day accounts operations using advanced Tally or equivalent software up to the level of finalization of accounts, attending to internal/statutory audit, coordination with banks/FIs and clients, etc.
