Skills / Eligibility
Kerala State Electricity Board Limited,(KSEB), all units invites Online application from eligible Graduate & Diploma holders in Engineering (passed during 2019, 2020 & 2021) hailing from Kerala State for undergoing one year Apprenticeship training under the Apprenticeship (Amendment) Act 1973. 1. Post Name: Graduate Apprentices 2. No. of Post: 142 4. Duration of Training: 1 Year 5. Location of Training: 71 Electrical Divisions of KSEB Ltd., spread across 14 districts of Kerala 6. Minimum Educational Qualifications: Category – I Graduate Apprentices:- First Class Engineering Degree [Four/three year duration (for lateral entry)] awarded by an Indian University in the respective field with not less than 60% marks. 7. Reservation of Vacancies: Guidelines under Apprentices Act on Reservation for SC/ST/OBC/PWD will be followed. Who are claiming reservation under SC/ST/OBC/PWD shall provide certificate as per Government standard format, failed which their claim for reservation will be considered as ‘General’ category only. Candidates claiming OBC category should bring OBC certificate as per the Govt. prescribed format from the certificate issuing authority of Tahsildar. 8. Duration of Training: The duration of Apprenticeship training will be for a period of one year as perApprentices (Amendment) Act 1973. 9. Previous Training / Experience: Candidates who have already undergone or are currently undergoing apprenticeship under Apprentices (Amendment) Act 1973, and/or having one year or more experience are not eligible to apply.
3. Monthly Stipend: Rs.9000
Pay Scale: INR 9000(Per Month)
Age Limit: Age limit will be followed as per Apprenticeship Rules.
Selection Procedure
1. The list of shortlisted candidates shall be published in the website: http://www.boat-srp.com under Organized Events & News Section in home page. Please visit this section of the website for any update from time to time and maximum details will be posted in the website link only.
2. Declaration of Shortlisted list 21.02.2022
3. The final rank list would be prepared according to categories General / SC / ST / OBC on the basis of marks obtained by the candidates.
4. Verification of certificates for shortlisted candidates at Kerala State Electricity Board Limited Pattom 24.02.2022 onwards
