Educational Qualification: Ph.D. Degree in Food Processing/Fish Processing Technology/Food Science/Food Science and Technology/Food Technology. Specialization in Product Development, Processing, and Quality Control.
Experience: A minimum of fifteen years of teaching experience in a University/ research experience in a National/International institute of reputation in the field of Food Science/Processing/Technology or equivalent experience in the Fish/Food Processing Industry.
