HR Manager and Various Posts

Educational Qualification:
Monitoring and Evaluation Manager: Postgraduate in Statistics /Population Studies/ Economics/ Sociology/ Psychology or equivalent degrees.

National Lead - Technical Assistance: Master’s/PhD in public health, social work, programme management, or a related field.

Senior Finance Officer: Minimum graduate degree in commerce or equivalent disciplines and possess a of 5-7 years of experience. Professional Degree/certificate in accounts CA/or CA intermediate (equivalent) is preferred.

Finance, Accounts, Admin Officer: Minimum graduate degree in commerce or equivalent disciplines and possess a minimum of 2-3 years of experience. Proficient in the use of accounting software like TALLY, MS Excel, with the ability to derive actionable financial insights from accounts through software applications.

HR Manager: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 8–10 years of HR leadership experience, preferably in large projects or donor-funded programs.
