Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• SSE/STA (S&T): Four years Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Information Technology / Communication Engineering / Computer Science & Engineering / Computer Science / Computer Engineering OR M.Sc Electronics from a recognized University/Institute.
• Mandatory Experience: Minimum 1 Year experience in Railway working.
• Age Limit: Upper age limit 30 years as on 01 October 2026. Age relaxation as per KRCL/Government rules for reserved categories (if applicable).

Selection Process & Screening Clause

1. Registration: Candidates must register in person between 09:00 hrs and 12:00 hrs on 18.11.2026 at the venue.
2. Preliminary Screening: Applications screened for eligibility. Only provisionally eligible candidates proceed.
3. Elimination Round (if applicable): Group Discussion (GD) or Written Test may be conducted if candidate volume is high.
4. Interview: Final selection based on interview performance, qualifications, and post-qualification experience. Merit list drawn accordingly.

Note: No TA/DA shall be payable by the Corporation for attending the interview. Candidates should come prepared to stay for a minimum of 2 days at their own cost.

Salary Structure Breakdown (Consolidated Remuneration)

Inclusive of Basic, DA, HRA, Conveyance, Mobile Allowance, etc. 3% increment after every 2 years subject to project requirement. Statutory deductions apply.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

• Application prepared in the prescribed format as given (Annexure A).
• Two passport size recent photographs (Signed across).
• Copies of all certificates in proof of qualifications (As per the qualification specified in Notification Annexures) along with one set of self attested copies.
• Copy of Proof of Date of Birth (SSLC/SSC Certificate/Birth Certificate) along with one set of self attested copies.
• Experience Certificate issued by previous employer along with one set of self attested copies.
• Character certificate from Gazetted officer/Executive officers for certifying that he/she is bearing good moral character.
• Certificate in support of claims for Ex-servicemen, if any.
• Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN).

Important Conditions: Selected candidates will execute an agreement bond and a surety bond (3 years service) on Rs. 100 stamp paper. Resignation before bond period requires payment of 3 months' salary + training cost + 12.5% interest. Medical fitness mandatory. No absorption claim in regular KRCL service. No accommodation/food allowance provided. Insurance cover of Rs. 25 Lakhs and Mediclaim reimbursement up to Rs. 1,333/month provided.
