Requirement of the candidate on fixed term contract basis in Konkan Railway Corporation Limited, for the work related to Udhampur –Srinagar- Baramulla Rail Link (USBRL) Project, Jammu & Kashmir (U.T)
Konkan Railway Corporation Limited (KRCL) is a Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Railways having its Corporate Office at CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai and Project Head Office at Satyam Complex, Marble Market, Extension- Trikuta Nagar, Jammu, Jammu & Kashmir (U.T). KRCL invites applications for the following fixed term contract post on fixed remuneration basis for USBRL Project to be operated in the Jammu and Kashmir (U.T).

2. Fixed Remuneration (In Rupees): 47600

4. Professional Qualification and Experience.
a. Qualification: Bachelors degree in Law (LLB – full time degree from recognized Institution / University).
b. Experience: Candidates must have minimum 03- years experience in handling with Arbitration matters relating to mega projects worth Rs.1000 Cr and above of any Central / State Govt / PSU’s / Reputed Private Companies involving high stake claims.
c. Desirable: Preference shall be given to candidates having experience in handling Arbitration matters relating to Civil Construction works of Railway Projects / Metro Railway Projects /Major Bridges / Tunnels.
Pay Scale: INR 47600(Per Month)
Age Limit: The candidates should be maximum 45 years as on 01/01/2022 for the post of Law Consultant (Technical)
Selection Procedure
1. The candidates shall arrive on time at the venue and get registered with the nominated KRCL official for the walk-in-interview as indicated.
2. The candidate will be interviewed by a nominated Committee and the selection will be finalized on merit based on the performance in the interview, qualification etc. All the eligible candidates will be first interviewed by a nominated Committee and the shortlist panel will be prepared. The shortlisted candidates who are found suitable will be engaged subject to found suitable in the prescribed Medical Examination.
3. The decision of the Nominated Committee will be final and binding.
