Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation Ltd. is a wholly Govt. owned company incorporated under the company act 1956 and has its registered office at Bhopal. MPRDC is notified as State Highway Authority by Govt. of Madhya Pradesh with the prime responsibility of developing entire network of State Highways, sections of National Highways, Major Distt. Roads (MDR) and Building Infrastructure. The Corporation has been a pioneer in the field of road sector development through Public Private Partnership in the country. MPRDC is also involved in various road development projects aided by Asian Development Bank and New Development Bank (BRICS).
1. Post Name: Technical Advisor
2. Qualification/ Experience :
a) Worked as Engineer in Chief/Chief Engineer (Civil) in Govt./Semi Govt. Institution.
b) Total 25 Experience years in Road/Building projects.
c) Minimum 10 years of experience, especially in the field of Highway and Bridge Project.
3. Desirable Preference would be given to the person who has:-
a) Knowledge of Highway/ Knowledge Material/Structure/Quality Engineering work etc. of DPR/SQC/
b) Knowledge Construction work. of Contract
c) Experience /Procurement/Project Administration/Dispute Resolution.
d) Experience of PPP Project. of Externally
e) Experience Funded Project.
7. Tenure of Contract: Appointment shall be made initially for a period of one year & which can be extended, based upon satisfactory performance and mutual consent as per requirements of the MPRDC.Of Contract

Selection Procedure
a) The applications received from all the candidates shall be screened.
b) The candidates shall be short listed maximum of 03 times the number of advertised post for interview. short listing will be done according to the experience as well as higher qualification.
c) Short listed candidates shall have to appear for interview.
d) The list of short listed candidates along with the date of interview shall be displayed on the MPRDC's website www.mprdc.gov.in and will also be communicated through email, SMS, on the address/mobile number provided by the candidate.
e) Final selection shall be made on the basis of the marks obtained in (A) qualification (B) experience (C) interview.
f) Based on the above said criteria, the candidate shall be selected for engagement on contract to the designated posts. The result or the list of selected candidates will be displayed on the MPRDC's website only. The finally selected candidates will also be informed through email/SMS with the time period in which the candidate will have to appear at the HQs of MPRDC for the contract agreement.

Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation Ltd. (MPRDC) was incorporated as a wholly government owned company under The Companies Act 1956 (CIN-U45203MP2004SGO16758);as amended by The Companies (Amendment) Act 2002 and The Companies (Second Amendment) Act 2002, by the Government vides order No. F-1-24-I-2004/Gen./19 with an authorized share capital of Rs. 20 Crore, paid up share capital of Rs. 10 Crore.
The Company has received a Certificate of Incorporation and Certificate of Commencement of Business from the Registrar of Companies, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh on July 14 and August 11, 2004 respectively. Presently paid up share capital of Company is Rs. 20 Crore.
The MPRDC has been declared as the successor / assignee of the Madhya Pradesh Rajya Setu Nirman Nigam Limited (MPRSNN) and is entrusted with responsibility for implementation of all State Highway, National Highway and Major District road projects.A large percentage of projects operate under the BOT Roads "public - private partnership" scheme while others being developed under the EPC,regular contract scheme. Several projects, funded by External Funding Agencies like ADB & NDB, are managed by MPRDC.
