Educational Qualification: Resident Pharmacist: D.Pharm / B.Pharm. Resident Staff Nurse: B.Sc Nursing/ GNM/ Post Basic Diploma in Oncology Nursing. Valid Kerala Nursing Council Registration Certificate. Medical Record Assistant: B.Sc. with Diploma in Hospital Documentation/ Medical Records Technology or equivalent. Scheme Manager: BDS/MBBS OR M.Sc. Nursing with Hospital Management or Hospital Administration or Quality Management experience in a 200 bedded Hospital Desirable: Candidates with MHA/ MBA/MHM or Diploma in any medical courses preferable. Assistant Pharmacist: D.Pharm / B.Pharm Experience: Desirable, Experienced candidates in hospital sector will get preference. Registry Data Entry Operator: Intermediate or 12th pass from recognized board. A speed test of not less than 15000 key depressions per hour through speed test on computer.
