Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Project Research Scientist I: Non-medical (Project Manager): PhD in Health Sciences from a recognized university. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in clinical research.
• Project Technical Staff II (Phlebotomist / Lab Technician): 12th standard in Science stream with a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Techniques (DMLT) and a minimum of five years of experience in the relevant field; OR Bachelor's degree in MLT with documented training and experience in sample collection, processing, storage, and routine laboratory procedures.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

1. Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted based on their educational qualifications and relevant work experience as submitted in the application.
2. Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview as scheduled by MAHE. The interview date and venue will be communicated to shortlisted candidates directly.
3. No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for attending the interview or for any stage of the selection process.

• Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate / Birth Certificate as Proof of Date of Birth.
• All Degree and Consolidated Mark Sheets for the relevant qualifications (PhD / Bachelor's / Diploma as applicable).
• Experience Certificates on official letterhead (required for candidates applying to Project Technical Staff II).
• Valid Category / Caste Certificate in Central Government prescribed format (if applicable).
• Two recent passport-size photographs and a valid photo ID proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN).
• Prepare a complete bio-data including personal details, educational qualifications, and experience details.
• Attach self-attested copies of all required documents.
• Clearly mention the post applied for in the subject line of the email application.
