Educational Qualification:
Manager (Production): Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Production/ Manufacturing Technology) or equivalent from a recognized University/ Institute. Desirable: PG Diploma in Tool Design/ Production/ CAD/ CAM/ CAE or equivalent from recognized Institution.

Assistant Manager (Admin & Accounts): Commerce Graduate or any Graduate with Law/ MBA/ PGDBM or CA/ ICWA or equivalent from a recognized University/ Institute. Desirable: Post-Graduation Degree/ Diploma in PM/ HRD/ SAS or equivalent from a recognized University/ Institute.

Senior Engineer (Production): Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Production/ Manufacturing Technology/ Mechatronics/ Automobile) or equivalent from a recognized University/ Institution. Desirable: PG/PG Diploma in Tool Design/ Production/ CAD/ CAM/ CAE or equivalent from a recognized Institution.

Engineer (Marketing): Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Production/ Manufacturing Technology/ Mechatronics/ Automobile) or equivalent from a recognized University/ Institution. Desirable: PG/ PG Diploma in Tool Design/ Production/ marketing Management or equivalent from recognized Institution.

Purchase Officer: Degree in commerce from a recognized University. Desirable: PG in Commerce/ Diploma in material Management/ ERP/ MBA.

Foreman: Diploma/ Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Production/ Manufacturing Technology/ Electrical Electronics/Mechatronics) or equivalent from a recognized University/ Institution. Desirable: PG/PG Diploma in Tool Design/ CAD/ CAM/ CAE/ VLSI/ Embedded system/ Mechatronics or Tool Engineering from recognized Institution.

Senior Technician (Production): Diploma in (Mechanical/ Production/ Mechatronics with post Diploma in Tool Design / CAD/ CAM or Diploma in Tool & Die Making). Desirable: Certificates course in CAD/ CAM/ CNC/ equivalent from a recognized Institution.

Senior Technician (Training): Diploma in (Mechanical/ Production/ Mechatronics with post Diploma in Tool Design / CAD/ CAM or Diploma in Tool & Die Making/ Electronics). Desirable: Certificates course in CAD/ CAM/ CNC equivalent from a recognized Institution.

Senior Technician (Mechanical): Diploma in (Mechanical/ Production Engineering with post Diploma in Tool Design/ CAD/ CAM or Diploma in Tool & Die Making). Desirable: Certificates course in CAD/ CAM/ CNC or equivalent from a recognized Institution.

Experience:
Manager (Production): 5 years’ experience in Production/ Planning Department of Tool Room/ reputed Engineering Industry out of which 3 years in responsible position. Preferable: Practical experience in Tool Design/ Tool Production using CAD/ CAM Technology, CNC machines. Experience in use of computer for production planning, MIS, Cost Accounting/ AR/ VR/ AI etc.

Assistant Manager (Admin & Accounts): 5 years’ experience in General Administration/ Personnel/ Accounts in a reputed manufacturing/ Gov. Organization. Should be conversant with Govt. Rules & Regulations on the subject. Experience in computer Application/ MS office/ Accounting Software. Preferable: Experience in using ERP packages/ GST compliant, Accounting software etc.

Senior Engineer (Production): 3 years’ experience in Design/ Production/ Using CAD/ CAM/ CAE or equivalent from a recognized University / Institute. Preferable: Practical experience in use of CAD/ CAM/ CAE for tool design and program of CNC machines/ working in CNC Machines/ preventive maintenance of sophisticated tool room machines/ AR/ VR/ AI.

Engineer (Marketing): NIL. Preferable: Experience in Technical training/ Marketing/ Production Development of a Tool Room or Reputed Engineering organization.

Purchase Officer: 3 Years in material Management, Purchase order processing, Inventory Management, Bill of Materials/ Vendor Development etc. Preferable: Experience in Store Accounting, Budgeting and Taxation/ export/ import documentation/ Computerized Accounting/ ERP/ Inventory control of items used in Tool Production/ Engineering industry.

Foreman: NIL for Degree and 3 Years for diploma holders. Experience in Tool Design/ Production involving CNC Technology/ CAD/ CAM/ CAE. Preferable: Experience in operating machines in Tool Production Including CNC machines/ VLSI/ Embedded system/ Mechatronics.

Senior Technician (Production): 2 Years’ experience as a tool making in reputed Tool Room/ Industrial establishment with exposure in CNC programing/ Planning and Machinery/ Tool Tryout, Assembly/ Quality control/ Critical machining, Heat Treatment Experience in VLSI/ Embedded system/ Mechatronics. Preferable: Experience in operation, Programming of CNC machines/ Maintenance of CNC machines.

Senior Technician (Training): 2 Years’ experience as a tool making in reputed Tool Room/ Industrial establishment /organization with exposure to CNC program/ Planning and Machinery/ Tool Tryout, Assembly/ Quality control/ Critical machining, Heat Treatment. Preferable: Experience in operation, Programming of CNC machines/ Maintenance of CNC machines.

Senior Technician (Mechanical): 2 Years’ experience as a tool makers in reputed Tool Room/ Industrial establishment with exposure to CNC program/ Planning and Machinery/ Tool Tryout, Assembly/ Quality control/ Critical machining, Heat Treatment. Preferable: Experience in operation, Programming of CNC machines/ Maintenance of CNC machines.
