4. Minimum Eligibility Criteria: Candidates should have good knowledge of dealing with Tenders and Contract. Candidates should have experience in the field of Estimation, Design, Preparation of Specifications of LOCO/EMU/OHE works. Candidates should be proficient in working on Computers. Candidates working on regular basis holding a substantive post in PB-2 Rs. 9300-34800+ GP 4600 (Level-7) for a minimum period of 5 years continuous service as on the last date of receipt of application may apply. Preference will be given to candidates having Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
