HAL Nashik Invites Application for 627 Apprentice Recruitment 2026

Candidates must apply online through the respective portals. The process is free of cost. Follow these steps based on your category:

For Engineering Graduate / Diploma / Non-Technical Graduate Candidates

1. Register on NATS 2.0: Go to https://nats.education.gov.in and register with your educational details to obtain a Student ID / Enrollment ID. (If you completed Engineering after a diploma, upgrade your profile.)
2. Complete Profile: Complete mandatory e-KYC and APAAR ID on the NATS site.
3. Fill Application Form: Using your Student ID/Enrollment ID, open the application form via the link or QR code provided in the official advertisement.
4. Submit: Fill in all details accurately and submit. The form can be submitted only once and cannot be corrected afterward.

For ITI Candidates

1. Register on NAPS: Go to www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in and register with your SSC (10th) and ITI details to obtain a Registration Number (starts with A0XXXXX). Ensure your profile is 100% complete with e-KYC and Beneficiary ID.
2. Fill Application Form: Using your Registration Number, open the application form via the link or QR code provided in the official advertisement.
3. Submit: Fill in all details accurately and submit. This form can also be filled only once and cannot be corrected later.

Last date for submission of both forms: 4th September 2026.

• Online Application Only: Applications are accepted only through the prescribed online forms. No other mode is accepted.
• Mandatory Portal Registration: You must register on the correct portal (NATS for Graduate/Diploma, NAPS for ITI) and obtain a valid registration number before filling the application form.
• Free of Cost: There is absolutely no application fee for this recruitment.
• Eligibility Check: Ensure you meet the passing year criteria (2022-2026) and have a valid passing certificate. "Appearing" candidates are not eligible.
• Name Consistency: Your name must match exactly across your Aadhaar, portal registration, and educational certificates.
• Document Upload: Upload only original scanned documents (Aadhaar, mark sheets, certificates). Screenshots or photocopies are not accepted.
• Application Accuracy: The application form can be submitted only once and cannot be edited afterward. Fill it with extreme care.
• No Future Employment Guarantee: This is a one-year apprenticeship, not a permanent job. HAL has no obligation to offer employment after completion.
• No TA/DA: No travel allowance will be paid for document verification or joining. Candidates must arrange their own accommodation and travel.
