Educational Qualification:
Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist: Master’s in Rural Development or equivalent. 15 years of experience in project/program implementation, management or monitoring, of which at least 5 years in monitoring and evaluating public sector development projects including social audits.
Gender Specialist: Masters’ degree in Demography/Sociology or a related field in the Social Sciences, with emphasis on qualitative research methods. 10 years of relevant experience of working on projects or analytical work in the field of social inclusion, gender and development issues in rural economic sectors in India.
Aquaculture Specialist: Masters in Fisheries/Zoology or equivalent. At least 7 years of technical experience in the field of Fisheries/Aquaculture and related activities.
Insurance Specialist: MBA with 5 years of Experience in the field of insurance, designing insurance products etc. Strong working knowledge of insurance products and underwriting guidelines.
Value Chain Specialist (Ornamental Fish): Masters in Fisheries/ Zoology (Fisheries) or equivalent. At least 10 years of experience in research and development in Ornamental Fish Production, Technologies and Trade.
Fish Waste Management Specialist: Masters in Fisheries Technology/ Fisheries or equivalent. At least 10 years of experience in promoting and researching protein-rich fish feed industry and use & processing of fishmeal.
Climate Change Specialist: Masters (or higher) in science/engineering or a related field. At least 15 years of experience in energy and resources efficiency, or production process management in private sector.
Senior Insurance Specialist: MBA with 10 years of Experience in the field of insurance, designing insurance products etc. Strong working knowledge of insurance products and underwriting guidelines.
