Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Associate Vice President

• Essential Qualification: Regular Graduate with minimum 60% and regular Post-Graduation with minimum 55% or equivalent grade points in CGPA from a reputed institution. Specialisation in at least one technical field such as finance, agri-business, food processing, rural development, food technology, data analytics, agri & allied sector, civil engineering, business administration, etc.
• Experience: Minimum 09 years of experience with at least 5 years’ experience in a reputed consultancy organisation operating in the area of Agriculture and rural development. Executed minimum 5 consultancy assignments over the last three years in relevant thematic areas. Experience in research-oriented/analytical/data intensive consultancy assignments.

Eligibility for Associate Consultant

• Essential Qualification: First Class Graduate and/or Post-Graduation with 55% at aggregate from a recognized University. Specialisation in at least one technical field such as finance, agri-business, food processing, rural development, food technology, data analytics, agri & allied sector, civil engineering, business administration, etc. Preference to candidates with Post-graduation.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of work experience in consultancy organisation / Financial Institution / developmental agency. Preference to candidates having experience in consultancy sector.

Eligibility for Project Assistant

• Essential Qualification: First Class Graduate and/or Post-Graduation with 55% at aggregate from a recognized University in any subject.
• Experience: 3 years of experience in HR / Admin / Finance / Accounting / business development function with minimum 2 years’ experience in a reputed organisation operating in the area of Agriculture and rural development. Preference for work experience in handling ERP software.
• Desirable Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and other productivity and communication tools.

Common Criteria

• Nationality: Indian Citizens only.
• Skills: Good written and oral communication skills, analytical skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail. Team player with good presentation skills and ability to use MS Office and data analysis tools.

Selection Process

• Shortlisting of candidates as per eligibility criteria.
• Candidates shortlisted may be subjected to a qualifying written test, if required.
• Personal Interview for shortlisted candidates.
• Final appointment based on decision of selection committee.
