Educational Qualification

Experience Requirements

• District Manager & Manager (Call Centre): Minimum 3 years of experience in large-scale Education/Livelihoods/Skill Development/Capacity Building programmes. Experience in M&E and community mobilisation preferred.
• Career Counsellor: Minimum 3 years in development projects/educational institutions; skilling or M&E experience preferred.
• Support Executive (Placement): Minimum 3 years in a project-related set-up; skilling projects preferred.

Age Limit

Preferably below 35 years for all posts.

Other Requirements

• Good working knowledge of MS-Office.
• Proficiency in local languages (Malayalam) and English.
• Manager – Call Centre post additionally requires data management and reporting skills.

NABCONS Recruitment 2026 Salary & Benefits

Initial annual CTC varies by post as per the table above. Remuneration is disbursed monthly. Applicable TDS under Section 194J will be deducted. Travel allowances as per client norms are also provided. Annual increment based on performance.
