Educational Qualification: Lead Auditor: Any Graduate/ Master’s degree in business administration or extensive experience in microfinance operations. Understanding of laws and statutory regulations pertaining to financial management, operations, audit, and compliance. 3-4 years working experiences handling risks, internal audit, compliance, operations at reputed financial institutions or bank. Deputy Chief Financial Officer: a) A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. (or) b) A master's degree (MBA etc.) or a professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, etc.) (or) c) CA final or CA Intern.
Pay Scale: INR As Per Rules Per Month
Age Limit: Maximum 40 Years.
