Educational Qualification: Project Associate-I: Master’s Degree in Natural or Agricultural Sciences / MVSc or bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology or Medicine from a recognized University or equivalent. Project Assistant-I: B.Sc. / 3 years Diploma with maximum 55% marks. Desirable: Prior theoretical/practical understanding about plant tissue culture and plant genetic engineering would be expected from the candidate. Senior Research Fellow (SRF): Post Graduate Degree in Basic Science OR Graduate/Post Graduate Degree in professional course selected through a process described through any one of the following:- a. Scholars who are selected through National Eligibility Tests-CSIR-UGC-NET including Lectureship (Assistant Professorship), GATE and GPAT. b. The selection process through National Level examinations conducted by central government departments and their agencies and institutions such as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MHRD, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER etc. Junior Research Fellow (JRF): Post Graduate Degree in Basic Science OR Graduate/Post Graduate Degree in professional course selected through a process described through any one of the following:- a. Scholars who are selected through National Eligibility Tests-CSIR-UGC-NET including Lectureship (Assistant Professorship), GATE and GPAT b. The selection process through National Level examinations conducted by central government departments and their agencies and institutions such as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MHRD, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER etc.
